Worship Without Temples 2026

This painting is rooted in my poem that was inspired by the book Sacred Earth, Sacred Soul by John Philip Newel
“Worship without temples,
in forests,
by rivers,
on mountains,
listen for the truth in the earth,
reawaken the sacred.”
A quiet invocation, a call back to earth-based reverence, to the deep listening that happens in wild places, where spirit meets soil. An invitation to reconnect, to feel the pulse beneath our feet, the stillness in the trees, and the sacred that waits patiently within and all around us.
